Improving Sleep

There are several great points for sleep, this one, An Mian is one of my favourites. Firstly because it’s super effective, but it’s also possibly one of the easiest to find. It’s in the spot right behind your ear, usually between your earlobe and the hairline.

  1. Find the bony prominence behind the ear.

  2. Use your thumb to find the slight indentation.

  3. Use a firm pressure to make little circles.

Make several circles when a firm pressure before bedtime and you’ll soon notice your heart rate settle as you get ready to drift off.
