We treat varicose veins, primarily by focusing on improving qi, which improves overall circulation and targeting the blood stasis.
Naturally factors such as diet, weight and healthy exercise must be considered in any treatment plan. Yoga can play a key role here too; helping you to start moving in a mindful and nourishing way that also improves circulation.
Spending time in Viparita Karani (legs up the wall) is useful too.
